1. Return Eligibility

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns of intimate wellness products that have been opened, used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.

  • The wrong product was delivered.

  • The package is missing items.

Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos showing the issue.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products with damaged or missing original packaging.

  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or discount campaigns.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

3. Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund.

Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Replacement Policy

In cases where:

  • A damaged product is received,

  • A defective product is received,

  • An incorrect item is delivered,

we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing the order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide your order number.

  3. Attach clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the issue.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the claim.

7. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If a replacement is approved, Jaaneman.in will bear the applicable replacement shipping costs.

8. Refund Rejection

Refund or replacement requests may be rejected if:

  • The claim is made after the allowed reporting period.

  • Evidence of damage or defect is insufficient.

  • The product has been used, altered, or tampered with.

  • The issue is caused by improper handling by the customer.
